September 14, 2002 The wedding bells finally rang for Christine Shively and Trace Chandler. This is where our story must begin with the relationship that was completely orchestrated by God. A week prior to this eventful day we signed the papers to purchase the empty over grown lot at 115 Austin Ave. in Syracuse, NY.
Through many trials of battling city codes, expenses, and extreme physical labor the project took about three years to complete and one year to sell. Trace did all of the designing and building himself (except electrical & plumbing) plus worked a 40 hours a week construction job. Christine handled all the business/paperwork aspects and did all the painting while working as well. Committed TEAMWORK was the key to seeing this project through.
